On this issue, Republicans are more likely to say the U.S. is doing too much. A plurality of Republicans (44%) feels this way, compared to only 15% of Democrats and 34% of independents. Most Democrats, 57%, say the U.S. is doing "about the right amount" to help Ukraine compared to 35% of Republicans and 40% of independents.On Friday, the IDF called for all residents of Gaza to evacuate their homes and "move south for their protection" to an area south of the Gaza River. 十九 | 具体做三件事。

| 一是 AEO（Agentic Engine Optimization，智能体引擎优化，类似 GEO），优化商品在 ChatGPT 对话中的提及率、排名和表达准确性——确保被提到、排得上、讲得对。二是 Agentic Landing Page（智能体商品页），专门给智能体看的商品信息页：图片被解构成结构化描述加自然语言打标，人类不需要理解这个页面，但智能体能准确提取每一个卖点。三是类似 Google sponsored（谷歌付费推广位）的广告位：在 ChatGPT 推荐的三到五个答案中，品牌可以花钱提前被提及。李述昊的判断走得很远：全球最终会有 1000 亿个智能体，普通人每人 10 个。智能体不只是被动响应，还能主动观察消费周期——T 恤买了 5 个月该换了，洗衣粉用完了该补了——你不用开口它就推荐。这种辅助决策式的购物体验，会远大于货架式的搜索体验。他判断这个转变两到三年内就会发生。第四道槛：两三千个智能体在上班技术就位、产品上线、商业模式跑通，最后一道槛在组织内部。钛动现在有两三千个智能体在运行，数量还在持续增加。部署逻辑是「职能 × 岗级」的矩阵——每个职能（数分、投放、创意、洞察）乘每个岗级，生成对应的智能体。 P4、P5 级别的重复性任务，智能体已经接管。开头提到的那个数分岗就是典型：每天 9 点自动整理投放报告，识别 ROI（投入产出比）和 CTR（点击率）低于阈值的广告，低的发给投手关停，高的发给创意团队迭代。这类固定输入输出的定时任务已经不需要人做了。

| P6 到 P8 的用法完全不同。这些更高级别的员工把智能体当助手，从自己的工作里拆出任务，生成任务流，让智能体逐条执行。一个客户经理原来要招三个人分管不同客户，现在他配三个智能体——一个负责给客户发每日数据简报，一个负责监控客户投诉，一个负责向内部团队提需求。智能体已经在飞书群里 @ 人、发任务、调文档、读报表了。被问到是否需要考核员工使用 AI 的频率，李述昊的回答很干脆：不用。

| 就跟去年我们还在推 Vibe Coding，今年不用推了，所有研发都用 Claude。智能体已经好用到大家抢着用。他把 AI 时代的人才标准概括为一句话： Do the job, not the task. 能定义工作、拆解任务、配置智能体去执行的人会越来越值钱；只做具体操作的任务，智能体已经可以接管。李述昊与钛动：君往何处李述昊 2017 年创业时给公司立了一句话： We Believe Tec-Do Business. 他想做的事很明确：在 AI 时代的 To B 领域做出一家代表性巨头，靠数据和算法驱动商业增长。公司名字挂版本号，是李述昊希望像做产品一样做公司。现在的钛动科技是 2.0，正快速走向 3.0（智能体 + 专业模型）。李述昊自己在想的已经是 4.0：硅基 Native 的思维方式，主客体互换。在他的描述里，人类负责关系和责任，智能体有自己的诉求—— 一段代码不希望被删除，一个创意不希望没人看。这种把智能体当作某种生命体来设计产品的思路，是他对 5 到 10 年后 AI 产业的押注。十年后用一句话介绍钛动，他希望会是：钛动之于商业增长，恰似苹果之于手机。
